It creates an extreme eco-friendly protection that prevents water and oily stain absorption.

WHAT IS IT FOR?
- It is a natural-effect water and oil repellent protector. It is the best defense against stains, in an ecological version, for porcelain stoneware, natural stone, marble, and granite with a polished, honed, brushed, fine matte polished finish.
- Reduces material absorption without altering its aesthetic appearance.
- Waterproofs and protects, simplifying cleaning.
- Excellent for joints, for treating cracked ceramics, grit agglomerates, marble-resin.
- It is also suitable for treating cement tiles and reconstituted stones.
- It has anti-graffiti properties: by protecting the surface, it allows easy removal of graffiti during cleaning.

Water and oil repellent: it prevents the absorption of common oily and aqueous stains.

ADVANTAGES:
- Very low VOC emissions product.
- Free of hydrocarbon solvents: ecological treatment. Being water-based, it resists residual humidity conditions so that application can be done 24-48 hours after initial washing, speeding up the treatment.

Does not create films and does not yellow. Ideal for protecting tables, kitchen and bathroom countertops.

Walkable surface after only 4 hours.

HOW TO USE:

 No dilution, ready to use.

APPLICATION:

 Shake before use.
- For materials with a matte finish (natural stone, terracotta, agglomerates, cement tiles):
On a dry and clean surface, apply MP90 ECO XTREME with a brush or spreader evenly and continuously, also impregnating the joints.
Before the product dries, remove any residue by dabbing with a clean cloth.
On very absorbent materials, apply in two coats 20 minutes apart.

- For polished porcelain stoneware, natural stone, agglomerates with a polished finish:
On a dry and clean surface, apply MP90 ECO XTREME by completely impregnating the material and joints with a brush or spreader.
Before the product dries (approx. 10-15 minutes), massage with a microfiber cloth soaked in the product itself to facilitate product penetration. Then dry with a clean cloth.

To speed up operations, it is possible to use a single-brush machine.

- To complete the cycle with the finish:
In the case of porous materials such as natural stones, reconstituted stones, agglomerates, and cement tiles, laid indoors, it is possible to apply a finishing wax depending on the material and the desired effect (MATTE, SATIN, CLASSIC, POLISHED). The surface can be walked on after only 4 hours, stain protection is active after 24 hours.

MAINTENANCE:

 Diluted solution of CLEANER PRO.

INDICATIVE COVERAGE (1 liter): polished porcelain stoneware 30-40 m2, polished marble/granite 20-30 m2, matte polished stone 10-20 m2. Coverages are indicative and are per coat.

CAUTION: before applying the product, it is recommended to check for any color changes on a small part of the surface. Do not apply the product outdoors if rain is expected. It does not protect against acid attacks.
